Summary

Data related to your device (e.g., your IP address, device identifiers, and advertising ID). We use this data, for example, to provide you with the games. In games containing advertisements, we may also use this data to serve more relevant ads (unless you have opted out of personalized ads via your device settings).
Other information provided to customer service (information you choose to provide when contacting us for technical or other support).
Geographical location. We determine your geographical location based on your IP address, down to the country and city level. This information is used within the games to provide you with a localized gaming experience.

5. Advertisements
Some of our games display advertisements, such as banners, full-screen ads, or short video ads. In most games, you can block ads via in-app purchases. Additionally, watching short ad videos may sometimes grant you rewards, such as extra lives.
6. Advertising Identifiers
An advertising identifier is an identifier provided by the device (e.g., a phone) to advertising partners to identify that device. Advertisers use this identifier to deliver more relevant, personalized ads across apps and games.
You can choose not to receive personalized ads on your phone by turning off the advertising identifier on your device. The specific steps vary by device but are usually found in the privacy settings within your device's preferences. Please note that even with the advertising identifier turned off, you will still see ads, but they will no longer be based on your profile and may therefore be less relevant to you.
7. How Long Will Personal Data Be Kept?
ASMY TECH, LLC will store and use your personal data for as long as you have an account with us and we believe it is necessary to use your personal data for the purposes described herein. This means we use different retention periods for different categories of data. For example, we will use your contact and login information, game history, and device-related data for as long as you play our games and as we need to provide you with an account in any future games. We also retain payment information for longer periods to fulfill legal obligations, such as for bookkeeping and financial reporting. 8. To Which Countries Will Personal Data Be Transferred?
